On this episode, we interview Chef Andres Zuluaga. Andres is a former collegiate football player that began his culinary journey in an effort to clean up his life. He has worked under Michelin-star chefs in Washington D.C., been featured in various culinary magazines for his latin-inspired cuisine, he has started a family, and has recently taken his talents back to his hometown of Melbourne, Florida in hopes of building his own restaurant empire. Don't worry if you aren't familiar with the Michelin star system as it is explained in this episode in terms those of us that prefer eating to cooking can easily wrap our heads around.
