Jefferson Rogers is a hard-working family man from Saint George, Utah, who built his window replacement business from zero to 10 million in just 2 years.
Jefferson's claim to fame is his incredible story of huge commitments that shifted his trajectory from a life on the couch to now being a CEO of a rapidly-accelerating company.
Jefferson’s new book, “All In,” takes you through the out-of-the-norm experiences he conquered to become the successful business owner he is today. He doesn’t have a regular CEO story. His story begins on a couch of all places, where he decided he would move to a different state to get away from his comfortable environment. It’s Jefferson’s mission to help people like himself 10 years ago become millionaires too.
Jefferson likes to say he runs a people development business, that just so happens to also sell windows. He leads from the front and believes that anything you set your mind to can be accomplished if you make big commitments and follow through for yourself.
