Hello hello I Have 12 questions community! So,our guest today is one I've been very excited about. We've known each other for years. She's a Licensed Professional Counselor Focusing on Trauma and the Owner of Chronic Wellness and Counseling in Austin, Texas. She uses EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), both of which are evidence-based modalities.
