Today on the podcast we chat with Jessica Ice, RD about body love, her positive lessons she learned at Abby Lee Miller Company, and of course ways to utilize food as our superpower.

Jessica Ice, a dancer, choreographer, performer, dance teacher, dietitian, business owner, and mom from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. For 15 years she dedicated herself to training and competing at the renowned Abby Lee Dance Company, refining her skills under the guidance of Abby Lee Miller, the force behind Lifetime's Dance Moms. At 17, Jessica attended the Broadway Theatre Project, where she made important connections that influenced her career. She then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Musical Theatre at James Madison University, performing and choreographing in several productions. After graduation, Jessica moved to New York City, touring with productions like "Elf, the Musical," and supporting pop singer Ashley Allen. She became a ensemble member at the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera and joined the Actors Equity Association. While living in the city, Jessica fell in love with teaching the next generation of dancers and was a highly sought after teacher, competition judge, and choreographer.Jessica also pursued a career outside of the arts as a Registered Dietitian. She studied clinical nutrition at New York University and completed a business based dietetic internship to gain her credentials. She has opened a dance focused nutrition private practice, NutriArt 360, where she helps dancers and other artistic athletes eat to compete! Jessica is also the co-owner of The 360 Dance Experience, a dance convention and competition that shows you the world of dance.
