In this episode, I chat with Dr. Claire Plumbly about burnout. Recent reports state that up to 80% of the UK workforce have experienced or are experiencing burnout, but burnout doesn’t just happen in the workplace. Through this conversation and her brilliant new book, Claire shares with us:
