This is such an important issue, and thankfully it’s finally beginning to get talked about more in the media. After all, half the population go through this!

In today’s episode I talk you through:

  • What’s going on with our sex hormones each month?
  • What’s estrogen dominance?
  • What is perimenopause and what’s going on?
  • What are the symptoms of perimenopause?
  • How can we reduce our symptoms naturally?
  • Some helpful diet, nutrition and lifestyle tips to set yourself up for an easier transition to menopause.

After all, who doesn’t want to avoid night sweats, hot flashes, low libido and low mood if they can help it?!
