In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Beth slows things down and checks in with a dear friend: Harmonics Executive Producer and BGS Co-Founder Amy Reitnouer Jacobs! While the pandemic is beginning to subside here in the U.S. (and what a wonderful thing it is) let's be real: it's a weird time right now. Folks are getting vaccinated (within so many different timelines, might we add) and some are immediately diving head-first back into society and socialization - six feet be damned. With everyone at varying levels of anxiety - and comfortable speeds of fully returning to the ways of the "before" times - and after a year-plus of having our mental health hit at from every possible direction, we think it's important to take this month of May - Mental Health Awareness Month - to give ourselves and others some grace and set some boundaries. Our mental health is worth it.
