Catharsis Through Creativity: Well-Being insights with Zack Bodenweber
Manage episode 450434411 series 3565379
In this episode I had the honor of talking to a very special guest —Zack Bodenweber. Leading coach, author of Notes on Awakening, and a creator at heart, Zack is a double board-certified health and wellness coach and a Licensed Master Social Worker, specializing in spiritual realization, human flourishing, and self-transformation. But beyond his impressive credentials, Zack is a beautiful human being with a big, generous heart. He’s an incredible coach whose mission is to help others create lives of inner freedom, well-being, and harmony. Serving as the Senior Coaching Manager at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Zack was the teacher who first inspired my love for the health coaching profession. He was also my dear personal coach. In our conversation, he shares his own journey to well-being, his approach to emotional integration and how expressing his creativity has been a deeply cathartic journey for him. We recorded this episode on August 23rd. Since then, Zack has continued to channel his emotions through his art, which includes writing songs. I liked one demo he released so much that I asked permission to feature it in here. He kindly agreed so, I’m thrilled to share Zack’s Bonticou with you at the end of this episode! I’m so grateful to have crossed paths with Zack, and even more grateful to have him as my guest today. Take a listen!
