Guest: Osarueme Osazee
In this week’s episode, Osarueme (Osas) Osazee, from Indiana USA, questions the limitation of self-help practices and the important step before self-help, knowing that we are Spirit alongside body, mind and soul.
Osas challenges Jacqui and Tanagh with various #DaretoAsk questions around the topic of self-help:

1. How to approach self-help work.
2. How to practice self-help methods from an integrated space of Spirit.
3. Why integrating your Spirit into your body, mind and soul self -help practices is so important.
Jacqui and Tanagh share their experiences and opinions on how the world has become so untethered and while self-help work has become so popular, why it often fails us and can be hard to sustain.
We dive into the dangers of over-identifying with self-help work, the limitations of self-help that are often overlooked and the importance of having a toolbox of various techniques to help you move through the chaos in life when fully integrated.
