In today's episode we talk with Megan Macy who is a certified lactation counselor, birth doula, and postpartum doula! She loves to see the journey into motherhood through, and walk woman to woman in the journey! She holds events and support groups because she values community!
We discuss her journey with breastfeeding, the struggles she faced, and how it led her to becoming a lactation counselor to help other women. We also discuss the spiritual journey of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and early motherhood.
