Injuries. They suck. They don't just affect your training. In personal development, there's a saying that "progress equals happiness," and injuries bring progress to a grinding halt. It affects so much more than just the joint, muscle, or bone; it affects your mood, drive, and confidence in life. Unfortunately, many people receive the advice to simply rest, but that approach almost guarantees that the underlying injury will never be addressed. Injuries are often the result of pressure leaks, and it's crucial to stabilize and strengthen the joint, tendons, and muscles to ensure it never happens again. When you get injured, it's not game over. And sitting at home "resting" won't speed up your recovery.
