My name is Magdalena Jensen - I am a certified coach, NVC conflict mediator, Women’s Circle facilitator, podcaster and imperfectly perfect human, navigating this earthly experience in the best possible way I can in each and every moment.My mission is to support people to love themselves, to trust themselves and to change the world, beginning with themselves. It’s pretty obvious that the current social, economic, geopolitical situation isn’t working anymore... change is required. In fact, it is inevitable. I support people like YOU to navigate change, starting with yourself, to deliver a new paradigm, a new way of being, a new earth. I am no stranger to change, myself - in fact, I thrive in change. I was born in the United States and, at 18 yo, took a huge leap of faith and moved to Poland in search of something - a different way of life. Intuitively, I knew that the path I was set up for was not meant for me... This spontaneous leap changed the trajectory of my life for the better. I spent the next 13 years
(with a brief stint back in the US to complete a university degree and 6 months in France volunteering with disabled adults), creating a new life for myself in Warsaw. What started as a career in national radio shifted into entrepreneurship in the music industry. I have launched 2 commercial music companies, one pan-European non-profit, been shortlisted for a Clio Award for my work as a creative director and even named a few buildings in Warsaw’s financial district while working as a copywriter. My professional career has been diverse and incredibly stimulating.And it burned me out. I lost myself in work. I was not happy. I was not the sparkling version of ME I knew myself to be. In this episode we discuss morning routines, working in the music industry as a woman, transformation, the destruction of the patriarchy and the fact that you are enough.
