The following Dhamma talk was taken from our recent Sati (Mindfulness) retreat. The talk is followed by a 60-minute, guided meditation, with a chance to stretch every 20 minutes. We encourage you to listen and integrate this into your individual practice. As always, please reach out with any questions or comments.

Our Dhamma classes are streamed live via Zoom on Tuesday (meditation only) at 7:15 pm and Saturday at 8:30 am Eastern Us Time.
