There is a lot of advice on the internet about how to manage low back pain....and most of it is completely made up. The truth is that low back pain is a very tricky topic, but there are some overall principles that are evidence based that can help clinicians and patients alike help manage acute back pain flares. In this video I go through the Low Back Pain Clinical Care Standards from Australia, which is a fantastic, evidence based tool that clinicians can use to help treat back pain better.
