In this episode we’re talking to Lindsay McCoy of One Strong Mama about pain during pregnancy and how exercise can be used to mitigate it. Lindsay is an Exercise Physiologist, birth doula, childbirth educator, and co-founder of the online prenatal exercise birth prep and recovery program, One Strong Mama. She is also one of the creators of the Body Ready Method professional training program that helps birth and fitness pros assess and train pregnant clients- specifically for core and pelvic floor optimization. She has helped thousands of pregnant people have more comfortable pregnancies, more efficient births, and smoother recoveries.
