While stress does affect most people (in all parts of the world and on a very real and daily basis), many are largely unaware of the damage that chronic stress can be placing on our body. In today's episode, Paula and Danielle drop some knowledge on the hormones associated with stress, the way our body responds to stress, the damage it can do to our brain, and of course, ways we can support and manage that stress.
