In today's episode we delve into breaking down the female cycle, what herbs can support your body during these changes, and how to incorporate nutrition timing into your health and wellness journey. Did you know that a woman's hormone cycle can be broken down into four parts over 28 days!? Paula walks us through each phase of our cycle, how that could effect us energetically or emotionally, and which herbs we can use to best support each phase. If you would like to skip ahead to the herbal section for each phase we start around 31 minutes of the show. Within the fitness world there are a lot of opinions on Nutrition Timing. When is the best time to eat after a workout? How much should you eat? What should you eat? Sometimes the answer is simpler than you may realize. PS- We had a VERY energetic puppy in the recording room today. Please disregard any noises or breaks in the recording.
