"Greatness begins in the morning!" This was something I heard all the time but I never realised the impact that an intentional morning routine could have on ones life until I applied one in mine. This was the weapon that helped me fight against stress, anxiety and depression. The weapon that allowed me to finally enjoy my days with mindfulness, energy and strength.
This 5am morning routine follows these 3 steps:

  • PRAY
  • PLAY
  • PLAN

We go into detail as to why we should workout first thing in the morning. I touched on three major benefits of doing so and how we can turn hard work into play by getting a better understanding of why we were designed to move our bodies and the rewards that come with it. We also addressed some of the major concerns that people have about waking up at 5am with practical solutions.
