Our thoughts have a profound impact on how we perceive and navigate the world.
Experiences, especially traumatic ones, can leave deep emotional imprints that influence our behaviour and decision-making. This mindset holds us back from going deeper and reaching our full health potential.
If we consistently dwell on negative thoughts this cycle can become a pattern that restricts vibrant health.
Emotional baggage can prevent us from building healthy relationships, or making choices aligned with our values and most importantly compromise our health. This is why I feel that dancing our emotions daily is a must!
Our senses provide us with raw sensory data, but it is our mind that organises and interprets this information, giving it meaning and structure.
