The unique perspective of a 34 year old who has been through near-death experiences, obesity, depression, anxiety, dependency, self-sabotage, and more.
The sole intent of this podcast is to be of service to others. If I help one person avoid pain, it'll be worth it.
This life rewards effort, delayed gratification, and helping others.
