While you probably would never consciously expect your employees to read your mind, almost every manager and business owner is actually expecting exactly that at some point every day.

It confuses the heck out of your team and it keeps you feeling frustrated and wondering why you can get them to do what you want, how you want it, and when you want it.
Luckily, there's a very simple solution to this.
It's all about deciding what you actually expect from each employee, telling them, and then also following through to hold them accountable. Over and over.
Like most things, easier said than done.
In this episode I walk you through key steps and tips to actually do this so you can stop feeling frustrated with your team and questioning your own abilities.
Your team will not only do better work, but they'll enjoy their work more.
When they know what to do and how to do it well, that means your clients get better service and you will have more time to focus on your own work.
Or simply to go home and unplug when your day is done.
