- You're following a program designed to get people "off the couch and off the carbs." It's NOT designed for YOU or YOUR goals.
- You're "too good" for coaching
- You don't need to learn the Air Squat...AGAIN
- When you're the fittest in class, you're not going to push the pace
- You're too fit (or competitive) for your own good
