There are many focuses a meditation can have; breath, of course, or music, mantras or sounds. But there is a focus that we can use to still our minds that isn’t often talked about. In fact, in my 40 years of meditation, I haven’t heard anyone talk about it. Ready to hear about it? Well, there’s no reason to wait. Come listen.
