We have our first episode with a guy on my podcast!! I’m so excited to introduce you to Chef James Barry. James has spent 20 years in the culinary field where he started his career as a private chef for celebrities such as Tom Cruise, George Clooney, Gerard Butler, Barbra Streisand, and many more. He is also an organ meat expert and the founder of PLUCK Seasonings, an organ-based seasoning. James is a published cookbook author having co-authored recipes in many different cookbooks.
I can tell you that this was one of my favorite podcasts! We covered extensively the health benefits of eating organ meats, how to cook them, and integrate them easily into your diet.
