I'm so excited for y'all to meet Kimberly Michele from my tribe! Kimberly's part of Get Amplified, a program for 18-23 year olds trying to figure out life. And isn't that who we are to our children? She's lived a lil life and now shares her experiences with them to help them navigate life as a lighthouse.
She's also out there helping women to Calm the Chaos! Kimberly has practiced meditation for many years and share this stress reducing practice with others. As well as reminding women to keep them selves as a priority and take time for things they love. Learn how we became friends over things we love like kale and working out and now...silence!
