One year ago Shannon joined the Quietmind Yoga Teacher Training with no teacher training background and within weeks was teaching great classes that her classmates loved in the QYTT practice teaching sessions. After training I was looking for a new teacher to join as a teacher for the Quietmind Yoga Membership and knew Shannon would be perfect and was ready to teach. Since then she has taught dozens of amazing classes and built up an awesome library of classes in all styles with a wide range of themes from anatomy to chakras to mudras, all with skills she learned in her QYTT.
