Have you ever felt like every time you try to get some traction on your goal, your fearful brain takes over?

Did you know your brain is literally trying to sabotage you from reaching your goals?

In this week’s episode of YES MUJER, BUILD IT! I explain how your brain is trying to stop you from having the life you really want.

Our brain’s number one job is to keep us safe. This is great for surviving a cougar attack, but reaching a big goal can feel like a threat. It wants to keep us safe in our comfort boxes, even when we don’t want to be there. The brain tries to sabotage you with thoughts like: ‘It should have happened by now,’ ‘I’m not ready,’ and ‘I got lucky.’

But here’s the magic. Once you realize you are not your brain, you can choose different thoughts to expand beyond your comfort box and reach your goals. There is no luck. There is you and what you create, and it starts with managing your human brain.
