Wondering why you seem to hit plateaus, or why weight loss progress is slower than you hoped? You are likely doing a few things that could actually be obstructing your journey to your goal weight.
On today's episode, I'm sharing a breakdown of the three common areas that can slow down or stall your weight loss significantly (and my best advice on how to tackle them effectively!)
Getting tripped up in your weight loss journey is normal and happens to most people. While it might feel like you're stuck, remember there's always a route to progress that doesn't involve enormous sacrifices or restrictions. Practicing mindfully joyful eating, tuning into your body’s signals, and adopting a damage control approach can make your weight loss journey more fulfilling and successful, and I’ll show you how it’s done in this week’s episode.
