A common idea about perfectionists is that it is all bad.
People think we either are or you are not, its your chosen identity. It's also fake, and a misperception of our reality.
Perfection is not ever actually achieved. Unless you can see it differently.
You'll know when it's perfect because you feel it through your whole body. It is very relaxed. It doenst argue or convince it just is.
Do you set unreasonable goals for yourself?
Are not nice to yourself if you don’t achieve it?
Let's pull apart perfection and see if you are really a perfectionist or not. Maybe you do or don't want to be anymore.
