Intentionality is key to a successful integration of DISC for all levels of leadership. DISC helps you to respond and answer team members according to their DISC style. This reflects the importance of listening and being able to lean into that secondary DISC Style. A great tip Keith provided for team members to consider during virtual meetings is to add your DISC Style within your name/title area to support that depth of awareness and foster great communication.
