In this episode wildrunners Colin and Dan are joined by fellow wildrunner Jay as they chat about Dan's London Marathon race and we get to find out if he managed to bag himself a new Personal Best.
Then we chat all things spartan race uk including Next seasons initial race schedule and the revised schedule, what we think will be the series races for 2023, this weekends Spartan Race European Championships (course, medal, weekend itinerary, ultra, our goals for the weekend) and then the latest on the Spartan unbreakable pass including the monument they want to build in sparta.
