In this personal update episode I'm catching you up on on all that's been happening and unfolding in my world over the last few months.

moving on from the uncomfortable 'gathering season' that was the first half of 2022
the next move I'm making for me and my family
the first drafts of 3 books I've written that will never see the light of day
my fascination with cultivating more ease (and how this is influencing my coaching)
the work decision I made at the start of the year that's been a game changer for my brain and heart
