Before you hit play! Did you hear the last episode? If not, go check it out before diving into this conversation. If you want to get the most out of the episode, catch what you missed in episode 73.

Think back to when you were young and ask yourself, who were the adults that had the most impact on your life? Hopefully, a few smiling faces come to mind when you reflect on the people that helped get you where you are today.

Maybe it was a coach, a teacher, a mentor, or a parent that came to mind. Regardless of how you knew them, they made an impact on you and that’s what matters the most. Most likely, because of them you now want to leave a positive impact on those around you. Isn’t that the way it should work?

When you meet a great leader or coach, it naturally makes you want to be one yourself. That same line of thinking and giving back is what makes today’s show so special. This week on The Unlimited Potential Show we are starting our new series on the great Coach John Wooden.

After his famous career as an American basketball coach, John Wooden was named coach of the 20th century by ESPN. No other team has won more than four in a row in Division I college men's or women's basketball. Crazy right?

In the second half of this powerful conversation, we dive into some of the top principles that make the Wooden legacy so rich. Hit play to hear how Coach Wooden redefined the definition of success and how he “leveled the playing field” for only his player but all who chose to learn from Him.

You’ll also hear how important it is to use every day as an opportunity to improve and get closer to your goals. We share some of our tips on how we stay focused and what keeps us pushing past our limits.

Ps:

Don’t forget to join us for the next episode for the conclusion of this series!
