Its not just about treating one body part when an athlete comes in to rehab. Sure we have to fix their knee or hip or shoulder, but they really need to return to competitive athletics. That's why it's important to treat the whole body and makes sure that all body parts work together to output the optimal and maximal force that it can. This is why its important to understand the concept of kinetic linking. Listed to how we incorporate thisw into our practice.
