One of the questions I often get asked is how can I uncondition, unlearn and unravel myself from the patriarchy. Well…that’s a big question for sure and there is of course no one size fits all answer. One way I am certain however that we can make inroads with such a desire is to embrace with much deeper reverence the fact we are cyclical beings and are surrounded by cycles in our lives all the time. The sun. The moon. The seasons. Life and death itself. I could go on and on. How is embracing our cyclical nature the antithesis of the patriarchy and also capitalism, disembodiment and more?
