Show notes below... Get the goodies at http://IdentityBasedManifesting.com So we all have those defining moments and those defining moments, they're pretty damn important. At least to me, they are. And you want to make sure your divining moments, I mean, sorry, your defining moments are lovely or liberating that they reveal the light that you are. In other words, if your defining moments invite you to discover the dance of you moment by moment. My name is Mr Twenty Twenty you're listening to The Power of Imagination Podcast. Ready? Let's go. When you define yourself in a way that limits the love, the light, the laughter that you are, can we call that abuse? When you define yourself in a way that angers you, that agitates you, that gives you anxiety, why would you keep doing that? Stop it. By the way, let's dive in with something. Identity based manifesting dot com. This is going to be one of our classic hits. One of the great, great ones. Because Neville Goddard says, you know, change yourself. Don't try to change the reflection in the mirror, change yourself. And we devoted seven years to exploring identity. As where all manifesting comes from. Because at the end of the day, because in every single moment, you are accepting an identity as true. I've got a couple that I preach and teach, you know about them. Happy loving husband, happy loving teacher, happy loving puppy dad. I recently gave life to another one, Mercedes owner. Ooh, boy, that's changed some things around. And this is so worth exploring. Please do not settle for anyone's explanation on this, not even mine. I invite you to explore, and that's one of the best ways you can... And you get to notice, if you have hesitation, if you have excitement, if you feel like diving deeper, that's all identity. Some people hesitate their entire ways through life. I used to be that guy. I used to, I started walking home from school, in fourth grade, and to school, in fourth grade. Every day I walked to school from 4th to 8th grade, because I started pissing my pants before I got on the bus. I was that anxious. And you know, I'm happy I changed who I was. I didn't try to change the fact that I pissed my pants before I got on the bus. I discovered a kid that has absolute resolve. Walking to school an hour each way, in the Pennsylvania winters, it exposed me as a kid that had resolve, tenacity. And that has carried me around the world. I imagine something that moved me around the world. I became an Australian long before I became an Australian. I became a happy loving husband before I met her. The way that you play with identity is either going to be a war against your reality, or it's going to be something that gives life to a lot of magic moments. Because not only do your magic moments, your defining moments, define you, You get to define them. And you can find a lot more than you think. One thing that I notice is a lot of people, they have traumatic moments. They have dramatic moments that they let, that they let define their entire lives. And sooner or later, that moment runs out of energy. And for them to keep relying on that moment, they have to enter into anger, anxiety, agitation. Sort of reminds me of that movie, Weekend at Bernie's. I don't even know if I've ever seen it. But, you know, dragging around a dead guy, that's what it's like trying to take a moment That's limiting. That doesn't expose the love and light that you are. That doesn't invite you to explore and experience. If you're defining yourself on some shit moments, you know, we've all had them. The question is, will you let them divine and define your entire life? Because if you use them like a divining rod, they are, and that's what you'll find.
