THE POODCAST is all about finding the funny side of life when your bum and your tum just won’t behave. Evie and Claudia share their experiences of living with Gluten Sensitivity and IBS, and are joined by an incredible line up of guests, from supermodels to comedians, who can relate and share their own anecdotes about life with bowel and bladder conditions. The focus is firmly on finding the humour in the situation but THE POODCAST also exists to bust the taboos around dealing with this shit. Following two highly acclaimed seasons (Isy Suttie of R4's Podcast Radio Hour describes it as one of her favourite podcasts) the Poods are back with a weekly 'always on' show AND a YouTube channel @ThePoodcastChannel

This episode is a recording of the live relaunch of THE POODCAST at the London Podcast Festival on Saturday 9th September.

The line up -

The Mac Twins - Lisa and Alana Macfarlane, stars of Love Island, TV and radio presenters, DJs and guinea pigs for the British Gut Project have become aficionados of gut health. They are committed to their project The Gut Stuff. They are advocates for living healthy a lifestyle.

Sarah Mills was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer in 2018 and started developing a show for the Edinburgh Fringe around her experiences; when lockdown cancelled the Festival, she turned it into a sitcom script. The award-winning script is now in development with a major TV production company. She writes for Have I Got News For You, Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and scripted shows for Sky Comedy and Channel 4 and has also appeared as a comedian on The Last Leg on Channel 4 and Rosie Jones’ Disability Extravaganza on Dave.

It's a scream of a show with Toilet Tales and Dating Dumping delights. This amazing group of women spill their guts on everything from activism to child birth, stoma bags to foot long wieners and pony schlong.
