  • Different type of question to usual - any tips on how to manage your time during a session? I’m finding with a few clients we end up chatting a lot (much better than my issue when starting of awkward silences 😂), not an issue for the ones that do sessions outside of 121 as they add it on somewhere else but want to make sure those only doing 121 are getting most out of it
  • How can I have a different onboarding journey through emails for online and offline or potentially a new product with stripe and Mailchimp please?
  • When delivering a seminar would it be best online with slides or in person?
  • What do I write in one of my emails which will make people say 'oh my god, I need to have her as my coach!'?
  • "Just any general tips on converting online clients from a 6 week challenge to a rolling monthly plan I currently have my 6week challenge which runs up to the Xmas break. My worry is they will then just stop at Xmas after the 6weeks and I’ll then get a whole new intake of clients in January and will be starting all over again. I don’t mind starting over again as I was happy with my launch and I’ll get better each time however I would like to retain clients obviously.
  • What's the optimal way to get clients to interact with one another?
  • "I am going to run a 21 days for £21 offer in December. I have some session times which are quieter than others, would it be okay to only make my quieter sessions available to those on the trial?
  • Also would you run any offers in December to sign new people up for january?"
  • Any ideas on how to make the most of classes for lead gen? Tips, CTAs, follow ups etc
  • What's the one thing that PT's get caught up doing that doesn't matter as much as we think it does.
  • "I should've asked this question earlier. I have created a landing page for my 21 day trial and I am considering connecting it to stripe so people can sign up without having to go through me first.Would this be a bad idea incase someone either doesn't want to sign up without speaking to someone, or someone signs up but it turns out my service isn't a good fit for them?"
  • Like we have an on boarding system in place for when new clients come into our business, could you have an ‘off’ boarding system where you have a specific way clients leave your business? I want my clients to leave with a good lasting impression if that makes sense 😊
