Dissolve 5 pellets under tongue every 15 minutes until symptoms are gone. Different remedies can be taken together at the same time with the 15 minutes between doses.

CAULOPHYLLUM

-failure to dialate and prolonged or difficult labor with soft uterus at height of contraction

-short or unstable contractions

-exhaustion disproportionate to progress completed

-short, unstable contractions that are lower in the uterus

-trembling, shaking, etc

CIMICIFUGA

-failure to dialate and prolonged or difficult labor with more violent symptoms that above

-gloomy, dejected mood, with doubts and fears about the ability to go on/what might go wrong

-headaches or other symptoms that interrupt labor

PULSATILLA

-failure to dialate and prolonged or difficult labor with emotional instability and marked improvement from drinking fluids, fresh air and affection

SEPIA

-bleeding, retained placenta, and many post-delivery complaints

ARNICA

-to be given after birth to help with pain especially if baby is large, picotin is used for induction or with long/difficult pushing

BELLADONNA

-for a cervix that won’t dilate accompanied by headache and dilated pupils

-for severe post partum bleeding

CHAMOMILLA

-Extreme sensitivity or intolerance of the pain

-irritability

-demanding attention and then rejecting it

GELSEMIUM

-same as caulophyllum along with flu like symptoms

-swollen, rigid cervix

-try gelsemium if caulophyllum is called for but doesn’t help

NUX VOMICA (COLUMBRINA)

-labor is obstructed by full bladder or bowels

-constant urge to push before fully dialted

-irritability and cravings

KALI CARBONICUM

-stuck labor

-posterior baby

-back labor
