This topic came from a listener, but it's one that I've spent a lot of time thinking about. I still don't have a fool-proof answer. I think I'm getting close, though, and that's what I wanted to share in this Minisode. Often times our self-worth being tied up in our physique is a disguise for something deeper. Finding that can be hard, and painful. It can also be liberating. I try to give my best advice from what I've learned over the years of helping clients and thinking through this one myself, so I hope it helps.
