Often times the biggest culprits behind slowing our progress are the ones we don't even know we're doing. Sure, we often know we need to work out more and make better food choices, but what about our blind spots? In this Minisode, I talk about the most common ones I've seen over my years of coaching hundreds of people myself, along with what I've personally fallen victim to. Some will be around your workouts, some with nutrition, and some with mindset. I cover each one, then give you a practical solution you can apply right away. Hope it helps!
