Supposedly steady state long duration training in the 60-70% of your maximum heart rate training zone is the most effective for fat loss - wrong
Exercise is about quantity not quality - wrong
You should stay on the same training programme for many months if not even a year - wrong
Don't push yourself to progress every session - wrong
