Why do you have to dismantle your old mindset? 1. Because if you don’t you will go back at some point 2. Because it gives you the opportunity to rebuild your foundation 3. Because you can’t rebuild with the mindset that created that unmotivated, unproductive, undisciplined, lazy lifestyle. 4. Because you have to think different How do you dismantle that old mindset? 1. Brick by Brick 2. You might have to forgive (yourself, family, friends) 3. You have to understand that you’re emotions are not leaders so you have to take back control of your life (put your emotions back in their holsters) 4. Change your daily routine by thinking differently (do the opposite of what you used to do) 5. Start investing in yourself The importance of mental toughness- it’s the one thing that gets the closest to your reason WHY so it needs to be the strongest tangible/resource. Mental toughness can change everything for you moving forward. Mental toughness must be built/constructed and the more time you spend strengthening MT the stronger you will be. Discipline is that 1 tangible that connects directly to mental toughness. It will support MT and MT will support discipline. My encouragement is to pick 1 discipline and let that 1 discipline attract everything else you will need for the journey. Accountability is what we will close out this session with and it’s extremely important because it’s building your confidence. Self-Accountability is the key to winning with mindset. If you can hold yourself accountable then you will accomplish everything you set out to build/cultivate/craft/create. Just remember You can’t pour from an empty cup, so spend time investing in yourself invest in your: 1. Mental Health 2. Emotional Health 3. Spiritual Health 4. Physical Health It will make all The difference in the health of your Mindset
