After a few months to reflect and reset. Racial trauma is complex and not given legitimate space. Hearing "I don't see colour." or "This is not the place to be political." is still so disappointing to hear by people you care about because you are put in the position to explain why this matters.
We are exhausted and want to acknowledge how this impacts women of colour.
This is a raw, visceral podcast that takes you through my thoughts on the protesters nationwide and understanding why we cannot be quiet any longer.
