Welcome to this week’s episode of 'The Happy Mama Movement Podcast'.

This week’s guest is Dusk Liney, a trauma-sensitive birth doula and Mama Rising Facilitator.

Dusk shares with us:

  • How her personal experience led to the creation of 'Dear Dusk.'
  • The transformative power of understanding matrescence, especially for survivors of trauma.
  • Unique challenges faced by mothers who are survivors of sexual assault.
  • The importance of trauma-sensitive maternal care.
  • Her vision for a culture that honors the resilience of mothers.

I hope you find this conversation insightful.

If you do, please share it widely so that mothers everywhere can access the support and information they need to thrive.
