Everything you want is on the other side of feeling it, or as this week's guest says, "You gotta feel it to real it." Natalie Habbaz is a therapist and former Fitness FYX client. Just as we take a holistic approach to nutrition and fitness inside of The FYX, Natalie does the same with her clients, combining her counseling background with her love for movement as a lifelong dancer.
