We have a very special guest for you guys today. Deon Keller joins us on the podcast today. He is a high schooler teacher but also a successful strength & conditioning coach. In part 1, we talk about Deon's recent in depth lab work he had completed. We go over inflammatory markers, hormones, liver function and more, and discuss what they mean. We also talk about his diet and nutrition habits in general, and how they have influenced his results. We also talk about his experience in and out of highschool (teaching) fitness and much much more.
