This week we continue this discussion, and get into why being "bulky" does not automatically mean you fatigue faster, the idea or poplar phrase that "CrossFit is terrible for the body", and this week we actually talk about IIFYM (if it fits your macros diet) apologies for adding this to part 1 description! We uncover why the saying "rev up your metabolism" is faulty, and how metabolism, in general, is often abused, and the truth about lactic acid (hint: it's not bad after all! in fact you want this stuff in your muscles and YOUR BRAIN).
