What does giving yourself permission look like today? If you gave yourself permission to get what you need in the moment, what would change? Would it bring you more joy? Would it create more opportunities? Would it help someone in the world? It’s easy to put ourselves on the back burner, especially when there are crazy things happening in the world that require our attention. But sometimes, in order to deal with the craziness, you need to take a moment for yourself.
In her Weekly Coaching Tip, Elena advises to ask yourself, “What do I need right now?” and then give yourself permission to attain whatever that is. In her interview segment, Elena talks with passionate mama, opportunity creator, and beautiful gem, Michelle Mercier. Michelle is a business coach, certified Dare to Lead™ professional, and host of the top-ranked podcast, The Resilient Entrepreneur. She’s a multifaceted powerhouse, who has over 20 years in various organizations, from nationally acclaimed nonprofits to corporations like PayPal. When she’s not helping others reach their potential and shine bright in the world, she’s taking care of her two kids and creating beauty in her current space. In their conversation, Elena and Michelle talk about processing grief, being a resilient mother, developing yourself, finding support, and recognizing the humanity in others.
