This episode addresses a number of important potential differences:
- The motivation of the coachee/client
- the number and type of stakeholders to the coaching engagement
- confidentiality is a given in 1-1's and a crucial discussion point in corporate engagements
- the coaching goal: who chooses it and what type of goal!
- the results of coaching are lot more driven towards behaviors in corporate coaching.
Once you take these factors into account, we have a much more realistic idea about what is commonly expected when coaching in a corporate setting!
